Systems Installation Technician

Join Southwest Florida's Premier Custom Audio/Video Integration Team!

We are seeking a skilled A/V Installation Technician to join our dynamic and growing family-owned and operated company. As Southwest Florida's premier custom audio/video integrator, we pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge technology solutions, personalized service, and fostering a supportive work environment where our team feels valued and empowered.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and service advanced Control4, audio-video systems, and internet network integration.

  • Pre-wire residential and commercial buildings for future A/V and home automation projects.

  • Pull audio/video, phone, and data wiring throughout various structures.

  • Install flat-panel TVs, audio systems, speakers, entry systems, motorized shades, and computer networks.

  • Program and install whole-home automation systems, including lights, shades, HVAC control, video distribution, distributed audio, and security camera systems.

Qualifications:

  • Prior programming knowledge of Control4, Josh AI, and Elan is highly preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of audio/video equipment (preferred).

  • Proficiency in network setup and administration.

  • Basic construction knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and a quick learner.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and criminal history.

  • Proficiency with both PC and Mac systems.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Career-driven mindset with the ability to achieve established goals.
